Provider	Purpose
NEXUS AI	Application hosting, managed services, worker runtime, and managed PostgreSQL deployment target.
PostgreSQL provider	Primary relational database for organizations, monitors, telemetry metadata, incidents, audit logs, and reports.
Email provider	Transactional email for invitations, account messages, and notification workflows.
Stripe	Subscription billing, payment processing, plan state, and webhook events.
OAuth providers	Optional identity sign-in providers configured for authenticated product access.
SMS and messaging providers	Optional alert delivery providers for incident and escalation notifications.

Change notice

Enterprise agreements should define required notice windows for material subprocessor changes and any customer review period before new production data subprocessors are added.
