AImonitoring stores monitoring and incident data to support uptime reporting, SLO review, auditability, and operational response. Retention controls should be finalized per customer contract and deployment plan.

Synthetic check results

Operational monitoring samples are retained for reporting, reliability history, and incident context.

Telemetry

Metrics, logs, traces, and AI-agent runs are scoped to the owning organization and retained according to plan configuration.

Incidents

Incident records, timelines, notes, and post-incident reviews are retained for operational accountability.

Audit logs

Access, configuration, report, integration, routing, and incident changes are retained as security evidence.

API keys

Raw API keys are shown once. Only SHA-256 hashes and metadata are stored after creation.

Account data

User, membership, team, and organization metadata is retained while the account is active unless deletion is requested.

Deletion and export requests

Enterprise customers should route data deletion, export, and retention-period requests through their account owner or security review contact so operational evidence and legal obligations can be handled consistently.
